I finally have my 2009 Holiday Collection completed. This collection was a true labor of love, especially the French Market set. I actually created all the cards on canvas board using several mixed-media techniques. I then scanned them and finished my creation on the computer!! I will post more about the process with some photos at a later date! It was a ton of fun and I am REALLY excited about the way they turned out. Completely unique!!
All my templates are made using WHCC guides, but will work with all the other labs as well. I leave my templates in MANY layers, this gives you a lot of versatility. If you want a stronger pattern, just mess with the opacity of that layer in your layers pallete. If you don't want any grunge texture, turn that layer off, or reduce the opacity by alot. I think you get the idea (for those newbies, be checking back for video tutorials I will be adding to my blog)!!
